Artist Donna Rosenberg made an acrylic painting of ex-Eagles member Don Felder’s double-neck guitar, which was then sold as poster prints to benefit Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.

2000

Local band 40 Years of College kicked off the Hospice 2000 Concert at Mill Race Park with a rendition of “Pretty Woman,” followed by a performance by headliners Bobby Vee and the Vees.

1975

James K. Baker of Columbus was named co-chairman of the Win with Whitcomb Committee formed to back the candidacy of former Indiana Gov. Edgar Whitcomb for the Republican senatorial nomination for 1976.
