Let sound waves wash over you, restoring calm, balance and renewal.
Creative Writing with E: Spooky Tales Revisited — 6 to 7:30 p.m., Perceptions Yoga, Mindulness & Art, 139 E. U.S. Highway 3, Vernon. A five-week series of classes for adults focusing on ghost stories and ghoulish prose with instructor Elizabeth Hegmann. A donation of $40 to $50 is suggested for the series. Join the Salle de Lutins Fencing Club on Thursdays for a session of fencing, including instruction of form, technique and how to properly engage in a bout. Classes for ages 7 to 11 will meet from 6 to 7 p.m. and classes for ages 12 and up will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Cost is $60, with equipment available for rent for $20 per class.
