MARTINSVILLE — Columbus North picked up its second consecutive sweep Thursday with a 25-12, 25-17, 25-16 volleyball win at Martinsville.
Karen Dutro led the Bull Dogs (8-6) with 15 kills and one solo and one assist block. Lexi Denny recorded 27 assists, Kaitlyn Olivo had one solo and one assist block, Morgan Osborn notched 19 digs and Rori Pollert served two aces.
Also for North, Tania Maldonado pounded 10 kills, Sydney Ousley added five kills and Osborn added six assists and one ace. Denny posted 17 digs, Pollert had nine digs and Dutro and Hannah Perry each served one ace.
