ST. LEON — Colmbus East pulled out a third-set super-tiebreaker at No. 3 singles Wednesday, but East Central claimed a 4-1 victory.
Landon Redelman beat Owen Vollmer 5-7, 6-4, (10-6) at No. 3 singles for the Olympians (4-10).
East’s Kai Bergmann fell to Bo Nobbe 6-1, 6-3 at No. 1 singles, an Trevor Ernst lost to Noah Kraus 6-3, 6-4 at No. 2 singles. Michael Reed and Micah Wettschurack fell to Carter Smith and Jack Smith 1-6, 6-3, (10-8) at No. 1 doubles, and Carson Hartsook and Cooper Harry lost to Cole Allison and Owen Marsman 6-2, 6-0 at No. 2 doubles.
