NORTH VERNON — Scottsburg pulled out a three-set win at No. 2 doubles Monday to claim a 3-2 boys tennis win at Jennings County.
Parker Bales beat Jace Luttrell 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles for the Panthers (5-9). Ty Zohrlaut and Luke Napier topped Sammy Craig and Carson Jones 6-2, 6-3 at No. 1 doubles.
Jennings’ Lucius Sitdham fell to Jarin Luttrell 6-1, 6-0 at No. 2 singles, and Colten Short lost to Lane Harris 6-1, 6-2. Asher Morin and Luke Clapp fell to Eli Moffatt and Emmitt Zeigenbein 6-3, 2-6, 7-5 at No. 2 doubles.
