Panthers edge Braves

BROWNSTOWN — Jennings County pulled out a 3-2 boys tennis victory against Brownstown Central Thursday.

Parker Bales beat Chase Brock 6-4, 6-0 at No. 1 singles for the Panthers (6-9. Ty Zohrlaut and Luke Napier topped Jace Reaser and Trey Isaacs 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 doubles, and Asher Morin and Luke Clapp defeated Max Sommers and Christian Nolan 6-4, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles.

Jennings’ Colten Short fell to Max Peters 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles, and Lucius Stidham lost to Charlie Blair 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3 singles.
