COLUMBUS, Ind.– The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) on Tuesday declared a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $2.00 dollars per share. The dividend is payable on Dec. 4, 2025, to shareholders of record on Nov. 21, 2025.
