Orchids to

the No Kings protests nationwide.

Pat and Paul who so generously offered to buy my groceries at Aldi when I forgot my debit card; it’s been a very tough year for my family and your kindness meant more than you know.

First Financial Bank and the First Financial Foundation for generously supporting six community organizations in Columbus.

Americans who are working to improve the country, rather than putting on silly performances.

Moore’s Roofing for fixing my roof and not charging me anything.

Onions to

the huge lack of concern at the top about the safety of federal agents when the Capitol Building was under attack by a mob wanting to overthrow the government.

politicians calling the No Kings protests anti-American, but people in this land have wanted no kings since at least 1775, and that’s very American.

the self-proclaimed “law and order” president who showed his true colors by pardoning the self-admitted felon, George Santos.

turning the White House into a Las Vegas-type resort center.

the wannabe dictator/king for demolishing the east wing of the White House to build some gaudy, tacky ball room while withholding pay for federal workers and SNAP benefits.

all of the churchgoers who have abandoned morality in support of an immoral politician and administration.

politicians who should do the job they were elected to do.

people who drive without lights on during twilight hours.

elected officials who blindly follow the leader when they are elected to represent the people and not a political party or person.

the administration and congressmen who refuse to subsidize the Affordable Care Act, which will cause higher health care premiums for most Americans and cause thousands of premature deaths.
