JACKSON COUNTY — Before the Rings, a one day retreat for couples who are considering marriage or are already engaged, will be held at Spring Hill Retreat in Jackson County Nov. 11 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The retreat is sponsored by local counseling agency Community Downtown.
