Members of the Columbus Chamber Ambassadors, Chamber Action Team and Chamber staff attended a ribbon cutting ceremony at Popportunity, a specialty popcorn shop. Owners Laurie Booher and Tony London, along with Booher’s son, Collin, cut the ribbon.

Edinburgh High School senior Lydia Storie was selected to participate in the International finals of McDonald’s All American Crew Competition on Oct. 28 in Chicago. Storie was among 15 of the 130,000 McDonald’s employees in the Great Lakes Region who qualified for the event.

Edwin Booth of Columbus was named the executive director of the Cummins Engine Foundation, and replaced James Joseph. Booth was previously associate director of the Irwin-Sweeney-Miller Foundation.
