COLUMBUS, Ind. — Eastern Bartholomew Water officials say there is a water outage near U.S. 31 South at East County Road 100S and South County Road 300E. This is due to water line that had been hit by another utility company, according to the utility. Once water is restored, customers will be under a boil water advisory until 4 p.m. Wednesday.
