The property is located on the west side of Washington Street between 6th Street and 7th Street, in the City of Columbus. PP-2025-003: Woodside Northwest II Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat Revision – A request by Indusites Inc. to revise the previously approved Woodside Northwest II preliminary plat, converting a previously dedicated road right-of-way serving 5 lots, into a shared access easement that will serve 4 lots. The subject property is located generally at the corner of County Road 300 West/State Road 58/International Drive, in the City of Columbus. The hearing(s) will take place at the October 8, 2025, meeting, which begins at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 123 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana.
