Legal Advertisement Legal Notice The City of Columbus, Indiana, Redevelopment Department (123 Washington Street, Columbus, IN, 47201) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Columbus Riverfront Redevelopment – East Bank Improvements project located at east bank of East Fork White River area between the 2nd and 3rd Street bridges. Stormwater runoff from the project will discharge to the adjoining east bank, which eventually discharges to the East Fork White River.
