Binghamton tops Sentinels

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — The Indiana Sentinels were within 2-1 midway through the second period Saturday, but the two-time defending Federal Prospects Hockey League champion Binghamton Black Bears pulled away for a 6-1 victory.

Bohdan Zinchenko scored the goal for the Sentinels (0-10) off assists from Dziania Zaichyk and Ethan Esposito.

Binghamton outshot Indiana 46-19. John Werber recorded 40 saves.

The Sentinels visit the Port Huron Prowlers Friday and Saturday. The next home games are Nov. 28 and 29 against the Blue Ridge Bobcats.
