Legal Advertisement NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Bartholomew County Commissioners will receive sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 a.m. E. S. T. on December 1, 2025 in the Commissioners’ Office, Governmental Office Building, 440 Third Street, Columbus, Indiana, to purchase the following: 1. Crushed Stone, as per specifications. 2. Sand and Gravel, as per specifications. 3. Corrugated aluminum or galvanized steel aluminized, or polymer coated steel culvert pipe in round or arch shall conform to AASI-ITO-M-196 and current Indiana Department of Transportation specifications. Bids shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the Bartholomew County Commissioners, which may be obtained, from the Commissioners’ Office. Each bid item shall be marked to correspond with this legal notice and shall be submitted separately. Each bid shall be accompanied by a surety bond or certified check in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid; and non-collusion specifications, which are now on file in the Commissioners’ office and are made a part thereof by reference thereto. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part of said bid.
