Legal Advertisement ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS TOWN OF EDINBURGH ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT Edinburgh, Indiana 46124 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Edinburgh (Owner) will receive sealed bids for the necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, and delivery for two (2) group-operated 69kV disconnect switches (Switch,) plus optional one (1) spare Switch, plus one (1) spare set of live-part contacts (Contacts) to be installed at its project known as “Edinburgh Industrial Park Substation” (Project) located at 250 West 900 North, Edinburgh, Indiana 46124. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, Town of Edinburgh Administrative Office, 107 South Holland Street, Edinburgh, Indiana 46124 until 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, December 12, 2025. The documents will then be opened and the Bid Price Summary read aloud and thereafter taken under advisement pending review of each document. Project consists of constructing a new 69kV-12.5kV wye distribution substation. Switches and associated equipment shall be furnished by Bidder with target delivery by Wednesday, December 30, 2026. Owner reserves the right to amend the specifications and modify the delivery schedule as necessary. A kickoff meeting between Owner, Successful Bidder, and Engineer shall be scheduled after notification of intent to award. Bids shall conform to the requirements stated in the Advertisement for Bids and Instructions to Bidders. At Owner’s option, Successful Bidder might be required to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the bid price. Successful Bidder shall furnish certificates of insurance.
