More than 250 area preschool and elementary school students visited the Tower Family Christmas Tree Farm to begin their classroom holiday celebrations. Many students were visiting the farm for the first time.

The annual Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce Business, Industry and Education (BIE) Day was held at the Columbus Center of IUPUI, which included an appearance from State Sen. Robert Garton.
