IUPUC’s Nursing Division received a $50,000 grant from the Heritage Fund — The Community Foundation of Bartholomew County to help its nursing school retain faculty. An additional $12,500 would be awarded from 2016 through 2019, placing the full amount at $100,000.

A cold night and a fresh blanket of snow set the scene for “A First Christmas,” a recreation of scenes from Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” A Dickens-style London street was constructed months in advance for the event.
