The 2025 Shop with a Cop event was held at Walmart on Sunday, with officers from the Columbus Police Department, Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office, Indiana State Police and Department of Natural Resources donating their time to provide shopping assistance to 155 children.
The organization also helps children throughout the year with various needs. The organization’s goal to fund this year’s Shop with a Cop is $40,000 in donations.
The organization provides clothing, winter wear, toys and gifts for children in need in Bartholomew County.
