The Indiana Sentinels took an early 3-1 lead Friday, but the Watertown Wolves rallied for a 6-4 victory at Hamilton Community Center and Ice Arena.
Ethan Esposito, Aaron Shahin, Maximus Marek-Tortorella and Denver Craig scored goals for the Sentinels. Craig, Noah Hippolyte-Smith, Jonas Leas, Marek-Tortorella, Richard Colarusso, Esposito and Marian Pazitka had assists.
Indiana outshot Watertown 45-22. John Werber recorded 16 saves.
The Sentinels host Watertown again at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Indiana then will host Blue Ridge at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 26 and 27 and Port Huron at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 31.
