CCA took over the top spot in the Columbus Broomball League with a 7-1 win against Rockpile.
Scott Herron netted a hat trick with three goals, while Shawn Bauman scored two an Paul Choudhary and Chris Judd each added one for CCA (3-0-1). Nathan Hasse had the goal for Rockpile (1-3).
Kyle Roshak recorded four goals, and Rob Jones added two goals to lead Monsters of Rock (3-1) to a 6-1 lead against Jennings County BC. Darien Castetter scored for JCBC (1-3).
Hansons edged Our Name Is Earl 3-2. Matt Psota, Keith Henry and Rahul Bhardwaj scored for Hansons (1-3). Tom Kareus and Adam Maas had the goals for Earl (2-1-1).
