Legal Advertisement Notice of Public Hearing Columbus City Utilities Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from the State Revolving Fund (SRF) Loan Program The Columbus City Utilities will hold a public hearing at 3 P.M. on Monday, January 5th, 2026, at the Columbus City Utilities Office, 1111 McClure Rd, Columbus, IN 47201. Columbus City Utilities’ engineering consultant, Maritza Villalobos Tempest, Strand Associates, Inc.®, will present the recommended project for SRF funding, which will include the Thermal Dryer Project and the Westside Interceptor Sewer Project, as described in the PER. The project will be funded through an SRF loan. At this hearing, there will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. The PER is available for public viewing starting December 20, 2025, through January 12, 2026, at 1111 McClure Rd, Columbus, IN 47201.
