WEST TERRE HAUTE — Trailing 40-22 after three quarters, Brown County tried to rally in the fourth Saturday, but came up a little short in a 49-43 Western Indiana Conference girls basketball defeat.
Zoe Jackson led the Eagles (0-10, 0-3) with 20 points. Olivia Sawyer scored 12, and Chloe Poling added eight.
