Legal Advertisement NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Bartholomew County Commissioners will receive sealed bids until the hour of 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. on January 12, 2026 in The Commissioners’ Office, Governmental Office Building, 440 Third Street, Columbus, Indiana, to purchase the following: 1. Pricing for 2026 or newer Chevrolet Silverado PPV (Police Pursuit Vehicle), 5.3L. V8, 4WD, and pricing for 2026 or newer Chevrolet Tahoe PPV (Police Pursuit Vehicle), 5.3L. V8, 4WD, as per specifications, with the option to purchase up to five (5) total vehicles at the provided price (s). Specification for the 2026 or newer vehicles listed above may be obtained from the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department. Bids shall be submitted on forms prescribed by the Bartholomew County Commissioners, which may be obtained, from the Commissioner’s Office. Each bid item shall be marked to correspond with this legal notice and shall be submitted separately. Each bid shall be accompanied by non-collusion specifications, which are now on file in the Commissioners’ office and are made a part thereof by reference thereto. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part of said bid.
