Specifications are available at no cost at the Office of the Solid Waste Management District, 720 Mapleton Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201 Each person offering a quote shall submit a completed quote form to the Office of the Director, Bartholomew County Solid Waste Management District, 720 South Mapleton Street, Columbus, Indiana 47201 no later than 3:30 pm local time on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026, submitted with the title “Mulch Grinding’. The BCSWMD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, and to accept the quote that in its sole judgement is the most responsive and responsible. No quote may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after receipt. No contract will be awarded to any quote provider, who as determined by the BCSWMD, is not qualified to provide the requested services.
