Troy J. Forman, MBA, branch manager/financial advisor/investment management consultant, RJFS at Forman Investment Services, 2635 Foxpointe Drive, was recently named a member of the Executive Council II. This marks the 11th consecutive year that Forman has qualified for this important recognition.
