Columbus Christian was within 39-36 after three quarters Saturday, but Medora pulled away for a 53-40 win in a rematch of the Southern Roads Conference boys basketball tournament final a week earlier.
Hunter Goddard led the Crusaders (8-10, 3-2) with 10 points. Ben Carter scored nine, and Krew Flickinger added eight.
