Legal Advertisement NOTICE TO BIDDERS Advertised on 1/14/26 and 1/21/26 Notice is hereby given that Bartholomew County, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Commissioners, will receive sealed bids, on Monday, February 2, 2026 until 10:00 a.m. local time at the Office of the County Commissioners, in the Government Office Building at 440 Third Street, Columbus, Indiana, for the 2026 Roadside Mowing Program. The bids shall be in lump sum prices for all the work called for in the bid documents and submitted on the Proposal Form along with Form 95. Each sealed bid is to be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount of $20,000 made payable to the Bartholomew County Treasurer_ The above cheek or bond is to insure the execution of the contract on which such bids are made. The bid documents may be obtained at Bartholomew County Highway Department. If you have any questions, please contact the County Highway Dept. at 812-379-1660.
