TIGER, Ga. — IU Columbus opened its baseball season with a pair of one-run losses Thursday at Toccoa Falls (Georgia).
The Crimson Pride outhit Toccoa 5-4 in the opener, but dropped a 5-4 decision. Toccoa then pulled out a walkoff 12-11 win in the nightcap, outhitting IUC 11-7.
The two teams will play another doubleheader Friday afternoon in Tiger, Georgia.
