Often unseen and under-appreciated, moths are viewed as the drab and dingy-looking cousins of butterflies. With over 2,700 species recorded in the state, nothing could be further from the truth! Join Indiana moth-er, Jeanette Jaskula, as she reveals the stunning diversity of moths and their importance in terrestrial ecosystems. Gardeners have an important role to play in conservation of moth biodiversity in their backyards and Jeanette will highlight ways to invite more caterpillars and moths to our gardens.

Will take place in the Red Room of the BCPL on March 4 at 6 p.m. Sponsored by the Winding Waters Group of the Sierra Club.
