JENNINGS COUNTY — The 28th Annual Our Hospice Jennings County Gala raised more than $65,000 to support patients and their loved ones throughout Jennings County.

Over 250 community members gathered together at the fundraising gala to help support care close to home.

A major part of the gala comes when crowning the Jennings County Gala King and Queen — rewarding the young people who helped raise the most money for the event. All proceeds from the gala go towards offsetting the cost of care in the community, including aid for ongoing pediatric needs in Jennings County.
