Monsters of Rock held its place atop the Columbus Broomball League standings with a 2-1 win againsrt Rockpile.
Tyler Rash and Mike Wise netted goals for Monsters (7-1). Max Warr scored for Rockpile (4-4).
CCA (5-2-1) beat Hansons 5-1. Todd Houchin had two goals, including one from nearly the length of the ice, while Shawn Bauman also scored two goals and Chris Judd added one for CCA (5-2-1). Rahul Bhardwaj scored for Hansons (2-6).
Our Name Is Earl moved into third place with a 7-0 shutout of Jennings County BC (1-7). Adam Maas and Darren Eckerly each recorded three goals, and Tom Kareus added one for Earl (4-3-1).
