Legal Advertisement COLUMBUS REGIONAL HOSPITAL NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with IC 16-22-3-17, the Board of Trustees of Columbus Regional Hospital has determined that certain real property located at 2433 17th Street in the City of Columbus, Indiana (Property) is no longer necessary for hospital purposes and has negotiated the sale of the Property to Rebecca Joseph and Dettore Jackson. The Board of Commissioners of Bartholomew County adopted a resolution approving the sale of the Property on February 23, 2026.
