The property is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of 14th Street and Hutchins Avenue, in the City of Columbus. PC-26-4: 10th &Lafayette Rezoning – A proposal by the Planning Department to rezone +/-1.16 acres from CN (Commercial: Neighborhood) to RE (Residential: Established). The properties are generally located along Lafayette Avenue, between 10th &11th Streets, along 10th Street between Lafayette Avenue and Pearl Street, and along Pearl Street between 9th and 10th Streets., in the City of Columbus. The hearing(s) will occur at the March 11, 2026 meeting, which begins at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 123 Washington Street, Columbus, Indiana.
