Legal Advertisement PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with the Construction Stormwater General Permit from the NPDES General Permit Program, this is to notify the public that the project site owner listed below is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the following: The project site, to be known as the Town of Edinburgh Substation Project is located at 4100 West County Road 900 North and is located in Section 4, Township 10N, Range 5E, German Township, Bartholomew County, Indiana. The project involves a new electric substation and access drives. Storm water runoff will be conveyed to infiltration basins which will act as on-site detention that will infiltrate into the groundwater which will ultimately discharge into Driftwood River. Construction is anticipated to begin in Spring 2026.
