Welcome to the Dark Side: Gardening for Moths — 6 p.m., Bartholomew County Public Library, 536 Fifth St., Columbus. Join Indiana moth-er Jeanette Jaskula as she reveals the stunning diversity of moths and their importance in terrestrial ecosystems. Gardeners have an important role to play in conservation of moth biodiversity in their backyards and Jaskula will highlight ways to invite more caterpillars and moths to gardens. Sponsored by the Winding Waters Group of the Sierra Club.

An Evening with the IU Singing Hoosiers and Columbus North Choirs — 7 p.m., Judson Erne Auditorium, 1400 25th St., Columbus. The Indiana University Singing Hoosiers will join Columbus North High School’s Vocal Pointe and North Stars show choirs in the auditorium for a concert. Cost is $5.
