STRAUGHN — South Decatur advanced to the Tri Sectional championship game with a 61-37 semifinal win against Edinburgh.
Drake Scaggs led the Cougars (17-6) with 13 points. Karson Templeton and Cayden Drake each added 13.
Nate Parkhurst led the Lancers (10-15) with 10 points. Max Dodson added eight.
South Decatur will play host Tri for the sectional title at 7 p.m. Saturday.
