Sentinels fall to Port Huron

PORT HURON, Mich. — The Indiana Sentinels cut a 3-0 deficit to 3-2, but Port Huron came away with a 5-2 victory Saturday night.

Kristers Bormanis scored off an assist from Maximus Marek-Tortorella, and Nolan Dawson scored off asssits from Jonas Leas and Bohdan Zinchenko for the Sentinels.

Port Huron outshot Indiana 29-28. Chris Curr recorded 16 saves, and Matthias Smith added eight saves.

Friday, Port Huron blanked the Sentinels 3-0. The Prowlers outshot Indiana 41-19, with Chris Curr posting 38 saves.

The Sentinels return home for their final homestand of the season, a seven-game stretch over the next three weekends. They will host the Topeka Scarecrows at 7:30 p.m. Friday and March 14 and 12:30 p.m. March 15.
