Only a few roads remain closed or have high water at this time, according to Bartholomew County Emergency Management.

High Water Reported:
8100 block of 330W – water over northbound lane

300E – between 500S and 600S

Roads Closed:
800S – between Azalia and State Road 11
Tulip Drive – between Marshall and Reeves Drive

Closed Recreation Areas / People Trails:
Several sections of the People Trails
McCullough’s Run Park
Mill Race Park
Noblitt Park
Tannehill Fishing Site

 

ORIGINAL STORY

COLUMBUS, Ind. — Bartholomew County Emergency Management said several areas across the county are still experiencing high water and road closures following recent flooding. While all rivers have now crested and water levels are beginning to recede, Saturday’s rainfall has slowed the process in some locations.

Several roads remain closed or have high water. Please do not drive through flooded roadways and use alternate routes whenever possible.

High Water Reported:
8100 block of 330W – water over northbound lane

300E – between 500S and 600S

Roads Closed:
800S – between Azalia and State Road 11
Tellman Road – between Indianapolis Road and 200W
Tulip Drive – between Marshall and Reeves Drive
