Great Decisions Discussion — 6:30 to 8 p.m., Mill Race Center, 900 Lindsey St., Columbus. Great Decisions is America’s largest discussion program on world affairs. Every year, communities around the country convene to discuss eight international topics chosen by a panel of experts. Locally, IU Columbus and Mill Race Center will present the forum. The discussion will be about “The Future of Human Rights and International Law” with Timothy William Waters, J.D., and Richard S. Melvin, Professor of Law, Associate Director for the Center for Constitutional Democracy, IU Bloomington.
