SUMMARY: Provide leadership and management with in a county. Provide direction of all consumer services and supports within assigned county. Directs and coordinates activities of department(s), unit(s), or functions by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors to assure services and supports are operated appropriately, safely, profitably and within regulations set forth by licensing, accrediting, and funding agencies’ standards.
