Thrive Alliance, in partnership with Gratus Development, the Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority (IHCDA), and the City of Columbus Redevelopment Commission, is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Haw Creek Meadows, a new affordable housing community designed to enhance lives and strengthen the local community.
