Thomas L. “Tom” Smith, 66, died Thursday evening, Sept. 3, 2015, at his home in southern Brown County.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen M. “Kathy” Gallup Smith; children, Jamie (Debbie) Smith of Bargersville, Heather (Gary) Barger, and Tony (Amanda) Smith, both of Morgantown; stepdaughters, Katelyn Conley of Bloomington and Kelsey Conley of Brown County; siblings, Almedia Clark of Trafalgar, Patsy Clark of Morgantown, Eva Ann Chilman of Commiskey, and Betty Jo Lockhart of Greenwood; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry Street in Morgantown, with the Rev. Ed Tharpe officiating. Calling will be from 4 p.m. until service time.
