Heritage Baptist Church will provide a ribs or chicken dinner to law enforcement officers, firefighters and emergency medical personnel from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at City Hall.
Church officials said the event is to say thank you to the emergency responders and express appreciation for their service.
The church, located at 1075 Second St., is four years old. Church volunteers plan to set up the event in the city parking lot to serve the first responders.
