Greensburg
Richard Leonard Mitchell, 89, of Greensburg, died at 12:20 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, at Arbor Grove Village in Greensburg.
Survivors include his wife, Esther Gail Hancock Dale Mitchell; a daughter, Mary Lou Mitchell of Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Cathie (Larry) Romine of Phoenix; a stepson, David (Cindy) Dale of Greensburg; a half sister, Maude Reynolds of Florida; one grandson; six stepgrandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Cremation is planned through Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport. There will be no calling or funeral service.
Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society, Our Hospice of Decatur/Shelby County or the American Heart Association.
