Shannan Ray Willhite, 30, of North Vernon, died at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, Chris Smith of North Vernon; her parents, Donald Friley and Katrina (Lee) Randall both of North Vernon; sons, Jeremy and Justus Jackson both of Scottsburg; daughters, Jasmine Jackson of Scottsburg, Kasi (Josh) Elliott of North Vernon and Hannah Smith of Westport; sister, Ashley (Robert Mullins) Willhite of Westport; and two grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Friday at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Family and friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of service at the Funeral Home on Friday.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home for expenses.
