Cheryl Jean Moore, 54, of Morocco, passed away Monday morning, January 25, 2016, at St. Elizabeth East Hospital in Lafayette.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Jerry Lee Moore; one son, Logan Lee Moore; two daughters, Cayla Lynn Moore and Danah Jo Moore; her mother, Georgia Ault Johnson-Hoaks; two grandsons; one granddaughter; one brother, Stephen B. (Kathy) Johnson; and two sisters, Janet Sue (Larry) Ross and Elverna Kay Cummings.
She was preceded in death by her father, Warren Johnson, and her stepfather, John Hoaks.
Funeral service will be conducted at noon Friday at Woodlawn Family Life Celebration Center in Seymour. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 11 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Hayden Cemetery in Jennings County.
Memorial may be made to the Cheryl Moore Memorial Fund.
