Butlerville
Hans A. Johansen, 87, of Butlerville, died Saturday, March 12, 2016, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Perkins Johansen; three sons, John (Kathy) Johansen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Eric (Jane) Johansen of Indianapolis and Quinton Johansen of Plainville, Connecticut; three stepsons, Mark (Julie) Perkins of Boulder, Colorado, Gary (Alice) Perkins of North Vernon and John (Dana) Perkins of Lebanon, Ohio; a sister, Nancy Lamb of Cincinnati; 15 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral & Cremation Service in North Vernon, with the Rev. Jon Beck officiating. Calling will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
