Praise for their work in the community and silly string rained down on 365 seniors at Columbus North and a class of 254 at Columbus East on graduation day.

1991

A Conrail train car carrying auto parts jumped the tracks near the Senior Center but did no damage because the car didn’t turn over or even lean.

1966

A committee of citizens opposing incorporation of Taylorsville reported its own survey, separate from the one being conducted by the Taylorsville Incorporation Committee, revealed 85 percent of residents there were against incorporation.
