A fundraiser for military honor flights will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 24 at American Legion Post No. 24, 2515 25th St. in Columbus.
Military honor flights fly veterans for free to Washington, D.C., so they can visit war memorials built in their honor.
The $8 meals will consist of a pulled pork sandwich, baked beans, potato salad and cole slaw. The meals are available for dine-in, carry-out or delivery, according to organizers. Raffles and door prizes also will be a part of the proceedings.
A live band, Night Owl, will perform at the legion that day from 8 p.m. to midnight.
